Central Board of Secondary Education is all set to put up a calendar and set of questionnaire for its first Students Global Aptitude Index (SGAI) for Class 10 students of CBSE affiliated schools.
The schools will receive the calendar, with the set of events and activities needed to prepare students.
It will mentally prepare the students without putting any burden on them,” said the project in-charge, SGAI, Rama Sharma.
Divided into five sections, each section of the questions booklet will be assigned a colour. Five sections: under scientific aptitude, numerical aptitude, social aptitude, behavioural science aptitude, art aptitude and interest --will have 20 questions each.
Three best scores out of the five will be disclosed to students, which will help them identify their stronger areas.
The first SGAI of two and half hour duration will be held tentatively on January 15, 2011.
